We recommend taking out a travel insurance policy that covers trip cancellations, flight delays, accidents, illnesses and any unforeseen events that may affect your journey.

Cancellation policy

Refundable rates

• Free cancellation up to 20 days before arrival.
• A credit card is required as a guarantee.

The total reservation amount will be charged 20 days before arrival and will be non-refundable.

Non-refundable rates

• The full reservation amount is non-refundable.
• The provided credit card will be charged immediately for 100% of the booking amount.

Room rates

• Rates are per double occupancy.
• 10% VAT included.
• City tax of €2.50 per person per night not included (to be paid at the hotel).
• Breakfast included.
• All reservations, whether refundable or non-refundable, must be confirmed with full payment

Third guest

An extra charge of €50 per night applies

Children

• Minimum age: 8 years old (considered as adults).

Baby-sitting service is not available

• Items of unusually large size or quantity.
• Any objects related to gambling, smuggling, prostitution or other illicit activity
• Illegal drugs or prohibited substances.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms

Permitted only in outdoor areas

Visitors

• All visitors must register at the front desk before meeting the guest.

Visitors are not allowed in the rooms between 22:00 and 07:00
